The
module introduces the student to the study of the major religions of the world,
namely: Hinduism, Buddhism, Confucianism, Taoism, Judaism, Christianity, Islam
and African Traditional Religion. The course surveys the beliefs and
practices as they are taught and observed. The emphasis is on how
the teachings, beliefs and practices are manifested in Africa.
