The central aim of this module is to provide students with a general orientation toward selected theories of administration, school organization, and school finance management. Discussion centers around such aspects as administration and supervision of school system, formal and informal organizations in a school setting, managerial functions of a headmaster, leadership and leadership styles, administrative theories such as theories X, Y, Z and transactional analysis in school administration, financial management in a school system, the structure of a school system in Rwanda, students association, discipline, and the school community.
