Corporate Finance module aims at presenting students with an intermediate to advanced analytical treatment of corporate
finance in organizations, building on the institutional capital structure. It emphasizes on an
analytical approach to the Finance concept learnt throughout the Finance
modules. The module also focuses on the theory of corporate finance and
corporate financial policy in an effort to provide an understanding from a
theoretical and practical perspective.
