This module deals with definition of special education, understanding inclusive education, education for all mindset, and it focuses on the special needs and inclusive education in national and global perspective. Where there is international voice about inclusive education, teacher's motives for referring students to special education, disability, inclusion and exclusion concepts and schools, such as implementation of best practices from inclusive education, education in most appropriate setting through all, organizing for providing optimal education for all children. It focuses on national and global legal and regulatory frameworks regarding education for disable students.
