This is course of management is an analytical study of different concepts and fundamentals of administration. It classifies administration’s knowledge under the elements of planning, strategic planning, organizing, directing, motivation, communication,controlling as essence of leadership. It attempts to explain and analyze the basic science, theory and principles of administration and how they relate to the practice of administration. It explains the relationship between administration and management. This course is concerned with the practical side of administration/management and studies of the functions or specialist areas of production and operations management, human resource management and administrative management.
The outcome of this course is to aware of this paragraph above for good practice of the managers.
